Selling on amazon.com.be
One store, two languages. French is the default listing language, Dutch is accepted too, and each follows its own grammar rather than a shared one.

What has to change
- French is the default and Dutch is accepted. Belgium has a French speaking and a Dutch speaking community, and the store takes a listing in either.
- In French the product comes first and the description follows: "balance de cuisine numérique". In Dutch the compound stays whole: "keukenweegschaal".
- Belgian French counts differently from France: "septante" and "nonante" for 70 and 90, where France says "soixante-dix" and "quatre-vingt-dix".
What a translator gets wrong
Mixing the two languages in one listing. A French title over Dutch bullets reads as an error in both.
The same title, both ways
Before
Nordhaus Digitale Küchenwaage 5 kg, Edelstahl
On amazon.com.be
Nordhaus Balance de cuisine digitale 5 kg en inox
The French title. The Dutch one is "Nordhaus Digitale keukenweegschaal 5 kg van roestvrij staal", and the two follow opposite rules.
