Spanish chains descriptions onto the noun with "de", so the compound you started with becomes the longest version of itself.

What has to change

Purpose and material both arrive as "de" phrases: "báscula de cocina de acero inoxidable".
Adjectives follow the noun, as in Italian and French: "báscula de cocina digital".
The everyday word is not always the dictionary one. A kitchen scale is usually a "báscula", while "balanza" reads as laboratory equipment.

What a translator gets wrong

Picking the dictionary word over the shopping word. The translation is correct and the listing still does not get found.
